We want to promote the Living Building Challenge (LBC) in Quebec to developers, architects and builders.

ALTO-Ingénierie, ALTO₂‘s French parent company, is a consulting firm with 75 employees that provides environmental and energy engineering services in the building sector

 JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a project manager to participate in the design of environmentally ambitious projects and to use the certifications sought by our clients as a lever for the exceptional quality of the buildings and facilities.

Reporting to the Development Director of ALTO2 Inc, you will be responsible for

• The definition of the environmental strategy of projects
• The realization of project studies on future and ongoing projects of ALTO₂ Inc that will be entrusted to you.
• Consistency of the technical and graphic renderings
• Follow-up on site of the specifications and environmental requirements

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

To take up this challenge, we are looking for a person with the following qualifications

• Studies in construction and/or environment and/or energy at the level of a university degree
• At least 2 years experience in the architecture, construction or real estate industry
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English
• Mastery of building labels and certifications such as: LEED, WELL, GreenGlobes, BREEAM, BOMABest …
• Accreditation in any of these certifications will be considered very desirable for this position
